Carbing Up
One of the best reasons to run races is the "carbing up" that needs to take place beforehand. Mmmmmm... Carbs. And it really works!! I'm running my first 5k of the season on Saturday and tomorrow I am going to stuff myself with bread, pasta rice, and everything else. It's just a 5k... But I need to do everything I can to properly prepare ;)
